The day before each clean. You get a text the morning before as a reminder. If the card fails we tell you straight away so it can be sorted before the cleaner sets off, rather than on the day.

No, and most people are not. Leave entry notes, a lockbox code or a key arrangement when you book. Your cleaner sees them only after they have accepted the job.

On a recurring plan, yes wherever we can. Your job is offered to your usual cleaner first. If they are away we send somebody else and tell you who before the day.

Tell us within 48 hours. We send somebody back to put it right at no cost, or refund it if you would rather we did not come back. You will already have the photos, which makes the conversation short.

Yes, free up to 48 hours before, from your account. Inside 48 hours there is a fee, because your cleaner has already turned down other work for that slot. Inside 24 hours the clean has already been charged, so somebody at the office looks at it and writes to you.

No. No joining fee, no minimum number of cleans, no notice period. Cancel your plan whenever you like.

No. Cleaners bring their own products and equipment. If you would rather they used something of yours, leave it in the notes.

Independent contractors, paid a flat rate per job that they see before accepting. Tydy runs the background checks and pays every Friday.

Report it within 48 hours and the office handles it. You are never left to sort it out with the cleaner directly.
