Somebody vetted who covers your area and is free in your window. On a recurring plan it goes to your usual cleaner first.
The day before
A text reminder, and your card is charged. If it fails we tell you straight away rather than on the day.
They arrive
You see their name when they get to your door. If they are running late, we tell you before you wonder.
Photos land
Kitchen, every bathroom, and a wide shot of each room. The job cannot be closed without them.
It happens again
Same rhythm, same cleaner, nothing to book. Skip or move any clean from your account.
You have 48 hours, and we already have the photos.
Tell us what was missed and we send somebody back at no cost. If you would rather we did not come back, we refund it. You do not have to argue your case, because the photos are already in your account.
Something was missed
We come back and do it, free. You keep the rest of your plan exactly as it is.
Nobody turned up
Fully refunded that day, and we tell you what went wrong rather than making you ask.
Something was damaged
Report it within 48 hours and the office handles it, not you and the cleaner.
